Responsibilities:

  • Involves in property development activities from land acquisition, planning & design and implementation
  • Involves in planning and monitoring of project progress
  • Attending meetings and ad-hoc appointments related to the project
  • Coordinates work with consultants and contractors
  • Liaising with various parties to meet the project timeline
  • Liaising and following up with local authorities for submission and approvals
  • Submission of reports to local authorities
  • Timely, responsive and effective communication with superiors and consultants
  • Undertake all other ad-hoc matters assigned by superior

Requirements:

  • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2 years’ working experience preferably in developers/consultants/contractor firms or relevant industries
  • Candidates should exudes confidence and professionalism
  • Possess own transport
  • Pro- active, positive work attitude and able to work independently
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Self discipline, committed and responsible
  • Willing to learn and undertake all aspect of works relating to property development.
